What Is the Lawsuit About?

And it is not just the league itself, he is suing the team owners, like the Miami Dolphins’ owner, with the proposition of giving him money if he were to throw games on purpose so that the team could get a better draft pick. Key Court Decision in 2023
Sure enough, if you followed this one, no doubt, the case went on, and it reached an important point in March 2023. The lawsuit was reviewed by a federal judge, Valerie Caproni, who decided that the majority of Flores’s claims could not be moved to private arbitration.
Back then, in a live court session, she actually went on to give the green light to Flores to keep up with his accusations against the NFL, the Giants, the Broncos, and the Houston Texans.
